Elder Street Lookout
This project, known as the Elder Street Lookout is essentially an urban design proposal that creates a public space where residents and visitors to the City will gather. As such, it seeks to transform an under-utilised urban edge into a vibrant, successful small business and assist in promoting the vision for Perth.
We believe that the proposal, which includes an LED screen is consistent with the aspiration of the City as the viewing area is designed and intended for pedestrians to linger for an extended period of time; and it will enhance the visual quality of the public space. Furthermore, it will make a positive contribution to the public space and its activation, particularly at night.
